Magmic Selected To Represent Canada In ‘Team Canada Trade Mission To Japan’ And G-Star In South Korea

NEW YORK & OTTAWA, October 23, 2023 – Award-winning mobile game developer, Magmic announced today that they have been invited as guests of the Government of Canada, Embassy of Canada to participate in the ‘Team Canada Trade Mission to Japan’ October 29, 2023 to November 2, 2023. Magmic was also selected to participate in G-Star November 16, 2023 to November 18, 2023 in Busan, South Korea.

As part of Canada’s Pacific Strategy, the Team Canada Trade Mission to Japan strives to help Canadian exporters and innovators from across the country—and Japanese partners looking to enter Canadian markets—explore new business opportunities. As participants of the Canadian delegation, Magmic will have an opportunity to showcase its robust capabilities and competitiveness in the mobile games industry, paving the way for mutually beneficial long-term trade, investment and innovation opportunities for Canadian and Japanese businesses alike. The Team Canada Trade Mission will also provide insights into Japan’s unique business culture and landscape and opportunities to establish valuable connections with key government and industry representatives and potential customers.

Also as a delegate on behalf of the Government of Canada, Embassy of Canada, Magmic will participate in G-Star, an annual trade show for the video game industry presented by the Korea Association of Game Industry and Busan IT Promotion Agency, held at the BEXCO (Exhibition Centre 2, 3F), Busan, South Korea. Magmic will be housed in the Canada Pavilion: G202. Magmic’s key meeting objective is to partner with a Korean game developer to assist in localizing the publishing of Magmic’s upcoming major sports brand mobile game in South Korea.
